Konpeito are perfect pastel little gems of star shaped sugar, they're also a soot sprites favourite food! 
Here we have lovely traditional wooden basket filled to the brim with hand watercoloured konpeito which have had thin layer of resin applied to proctect the water colour.
 
Each brooch measures 5.5cm by 5cm
